As sophomores in high school, we wanted to turn something we genuinely loved doing into a business of our own. We have always enjoyed baking and being creative, so making sourdough together was the perfect way to combine both passions. What started as a fun hobby in our kitchens quickly became something we were excited to share with others.

Founded by Lila Bilderback and Sammy Wagner, our home-based bakery is built on the idea that homemade bread should be both delicious, unique, and fun! We love experimenting with new flavors while still using the time-consuming process of crafting sourdough from scratch. After seeing how much our friends and family loved our bread, we decided to turn our hobby into a small business so we could share our creations with our community. Every loaf is made with care, creativity, and a genuine love for baking.
